Born and raised in Westport, Connecticut, Christian Melhuish is a Singer, Actor, and Dancer currently living in New York City.
Ever since graduating in 2020 from Temple University with a BFA in Musical Theater, where he performed such roles as Sky Masterson (Guys & Dolls), Buddy Foster (Sideshow), and Oscar Lindquist (Sweet Charity), Christian has performed regionally around the country. Some favorite credits include Jesus (Godspell), Romeo (Romeo & Juliet) and Bob Gaudio (Jersey Boys). He made the large jump from CT to NYC in 2022 and has performed Off-Broadway and in Cabarets/Staged Readings at 54 Below ever since.
From a young age, storytelling has been a vital part of his artistic experience. Getting the opportunity to move an audience while also having a blast is a dream come true. If he can make one person smile or innately feel something in the audience, it makes it all worth it. Christian is always eager to take on new challenges and push himself as an actor. He is blessed and grateful to have the absolute privilege of devoting his time to performing, and can’t wait to see what’s in store for him next!
When he's not on stage rocking out, he can be found either rooting for the New York Mets (go mets!) or pouring wine and masterfully shaking cocktails at Cabaret on Broadway at the Kit Kat Club. Come stop by to say hi!
As of January 2025, Christian Melhuish is now a member of Actors Equity Association! After years of incredible Non-Union experiences, he has decided to dive into the world of Equity.
Send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can!
